our rates
Our first appointment builds in an additional 15 minutes to every session, whether it’s a 60 minute Bare Bones, 90 minute Intensive, or a Craniosacral session, so that we have a comprehensive knowledge of your health history and a chance to check in with what you most prefer when receiving bodywork. So your first visit with us will be $115 for an hour long Bare Bones session, and $160 for an hour and a half long of Focused Bodywork. Follow up visits will be $96.50 and $147 respectively.
We have a solid 24 hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved for you alone. Please respect our time and those of other clients by letting us know 24 hours or more in advance, if you must cancel or make changes. With less than 24 hours, we will charge you for the appointment time.

what to expect
If you arrive before 5:00 pm, the doors to the AIC will be open. The elevator code is 4R and we are in suite 70. For cyclists there is a curly bike rack to lock to but we suggest arriving 10 minutes earlier to cool off or plan on taking advantage of the showers in each restroom. If you feel a cold coming on, please call us so that we can reschedule your appointment. This applies to Pink Eye, pneumonia, stomach flu, and seasonal colds. Yep, we’ve seen them all. The best time to come in is
following the span of a cold when the muscles are most exhausted and the body is no longer contagious. Great work can happen at that point. We have one parking spot out front that we share with Acupuncture Kitchen and the rest is street parking. The 22 and 48 bus lines stop right at the corner of 20th and 3rd street. The T-line also stops at the corner and cal-train is three blocks away. We recommend lunch at
Serpentine or
Piccino, and ice cream for the family with Mr and Mrs Miscellaneous.
